                                                2010 POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE SCHEDULE

 (A)         GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS;

(i)         UTME Result Notification Slip and a copy of Post - UTME Screening Exercise form filled online on the Polytechnic Portal must be presented at the Screening centres.

(ii)           Two recent passport photographs.

(ii)           GSM, Calculators and other electronic devices are not allowed at the Screening Centres.

(iii)          Parents, Guardians and other unauthorized personnel within and outside the Polytechnic will not be allowed at the screening centres during the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

 

(B)          REQUIREMENT: Candidates are to come to the screening centres with their HB pencil, Eraser and            

                 Sharpeners.

 

(C)           SCHEDULE OF SCREENING DATE, TIME AND VENUE

 

               Date:       MONDAY, 2ND AUGUST, 2010

                Time:     Arrival and Accreditation of Candidates:  8:00 a.m.

                                 Students are to be seated:  8:45am

                                 Screening Exercise Commences:  9:00am
